We ship Australia Wide via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free on orders over $79.95. For orders under $79.95, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Most metro deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days. Regional and remote areas may take 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier network capacity.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. You can use that number to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes deciding you no longer want the product or ordering the wrong item. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
