Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions are billed every 30 days at the agreed subscription price until cancelled.

We ship Australia Wide via Australia Post. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Free shipping is available on orders over $79.95. Orders under $79.95 incur a flat shipping fee of $9.99. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier network capacity, and public holidays. Lux Tanning Co. is not liable for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen events.

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically every 30 days at the discounted subscription price. You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time before the next renewal date through your account or by contacting us. No minimum commitment is required. Cancellations after a renewal has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. Our 30-day glow guarantee applies to product quality and customer satisfaction outcomes, subject to reasonable and consistent use as directed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
